Is 100 amp single phase service enough?
TEP , The Engineering Projects , Calender Question: 08-Mar-2017

I'm considering opening a food service kiosk in a mall. They can only provide 100 amp single phase service AND the service can't be upgraded. Because I'm still assessing the location I haven't yet hired an electrician. Below is a list of the electrical equipment I need to operate, which I calculated to draw 14,700 watts if everything is used all at once. How can I know if the power supply is enough to operate the business? I have conflicting advice from several sources and now I'm stuck. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
