Arduino Mega2560 is now available for the engineering students at a very minimal rate. Arduino Mega2560 is a microcontroller board based on ATmega1280. It has 54 digital pins which can be used as input (for sensors etc) as well as output (for motors etc). Among these 54 digital pins, 14 are pwm pins. It has 16 analog pins and 4 UART pins for serial communication. It is operated on a 16MHz crystal oscillator. It has a USB cable to connect it with the computer as well as to power up.
