The Core2 is a finished little computer in a neat dark case: an ESP32 , Wi-Fi, a sharp 2.0 inch colour TFT LCD and a capacitive touch screen , the same kind of glass as a phone. There are three touch dots under the screen, and a red Grove socket for sensors. With this library it runs your ESP32 Arduino sketch in Proteus 8.5, with the display and the touch working on the part.
