Hello Mr.Adnan. Thank you for this tutorial. I found that pinout diagram for arduino nano contains an error, in right side: it must be upside down (on top is D12 in right of the mini usb, than D11 and so on, and bottom is Tx1). This affect pictures 1 and 4 (https://www.theengineeringprojects.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/06/introduction-to-arduino-nano-13.png)

I have loaded a program and it runs correctly on the nano when the usb is attached. After loading the same program, power off the nano and use a 5 v power supply, the red led on the nano lights, but the program does not function. Is there a step i am missing?

Silly me for relying on this information published by an amateur! :-( Based on this information, I designed and built a PCB using a Nano, with A2-A7 as digital outputs, since your (incorrect) table said A0–A7 were "Analog Input/Output Pins". Firstly, those pins cannot be used for analogue output; only _digital_ output. _But_ A6 and A7 _can't_ be used even for digital output – they are strictly analogue inputs _only_! Oh, well, some track cutting and rewiring required for my PCB. :-( Daniel
