The 1.3" OLED is the big brother of the popular 0.96" display: the same 128 x 64 pixels on a bigger glass, easier to read from a distance, on a board with the same four I2C pins. But inside it hides a different controller, the SH1106 , and that catches almost everybody once: an SSD1306 sketch shows only random dots on it. With this OLED SH1106 Library for Proteus , your sketch draws on a 1.3" OLED that behaves like the real one, including that trap.
