Extract the archive
Right-click Interfacing of Keypad with 8051 Microcontroller in Proteus ISIS.rar and choose Extract All (or open it with 7-Zip or WinRAR) into a folder you can find again. Keep its folder structure (Interfacing of Keypad with 8051 Microcontroller in Proteus ISIS) as it is.
