ESP8266 – Serial Communication
ESP8266 Serial Communication, ESP8266 Applications, Arduino IDE , Communicating with computers, Communicating with microcontrollers, Communicating with industrial machines, Serial Monitor, Controlling and monitoring an LED
Today we will talk about an extremely powerful tool in the use of microcontrollers. The Serial communication, specifically the USART (Universal Synchronous Asynchronous Receiver Transmitter) standard. The system works using two wires. RX (Receiver) and TX (Transmitter), connecting two devices. The RX of one is connected to the TX of the other. If the choice is for a synchronous connection, it may be necessary to add one or two more pins to operate as a “traffic light”. But most current microcontrollers can operate asynchronously, which saves us the expense of pins. Data is sent, as the name implies, in a series of bits. ESP8266 provides us with two ports, one of them converted to USB in the NodeMCU module. Applications The range of uses of se ...

From Project to Product: Turning Your Engineering Code into a Business
From Project to Product, Turning Your Engineering Code into a Business
Every engineer has stared at a script in their IDE and thought, “This works… but I wonder if it could do more?” That small piece of code, a side project, or a utility you built for fun could be the seed of a full-fledged business. The problem is, writing good code is only the first part of it all. Turning it into a product that generates revenue requires thinking beyond functions and algorithms. Many engineers struggle with this transition because the skills that make a great coder don’t always translate to business strategy, marketing, or legal compliance. You can have an elegant solution, but without understanding the market, protecting your intellectual property, and setting up a proper business structure, that code might never reach paying customers. ...

Metal Fabrication in Engineering Masterpieces
Metal Fabrication in Engineering Masterpieces
Have you ever gazed in awe at a towering skyscraper, a sports car, or a crafted medical device and wondered, "How was that created?" The answer often lies in one factor; accuracy. Accuracy in engineering isn't a term; it's the essential element that transforms a great concept into an exceptional reality. At the core of this accuracy is metal fabrication—a routine process that is indispensable for bringing engineering marvels to life. The Essential Role of Precision in Engineering Let's be honest within the realm of engineering even the smallest error can lead to issues. Picture a bridge that is just slightly miscalculated. It's quite unsettling, isn't it? This is why accuracy is so critical. It's not about getting things it's about getting them precisely right. Accuracy ensures that ever ...

Evolution of Capacitors
capacitors, evolution of capacitors, types of capacitors
Hello everyone, I hope you all are fine and having fun with your lives. Today's topic is about the Evolution of Capacitors and I have tried my best to explore all about Capacitors. A Capacitor is one of the passive elements. It is a two-terminal electrical component. It stores energy in the form of an electric field. The physical appearance of the practical capacitors varies depending upon their usages. The basic capacitor has two electrical conductors that are separated by a dielectric. The material used in electrical conductors is a conductive electrolyte, thin films, sintered beads of metal and thin foils. And, the material used in the dielectric is plastic, glass, ceramic, Vacuum, mica, paper, oxide layers, etc. A capacitor is also called a con ...
