ESP32 is a powerful chip for Internet of Things applications. This tutorial is also based on another ESP32 application in the field of IoT. Hello readers, I hope you all are doing great. In the previous tutorial, we learned how to send sensor readings from ESP32 to the cloud (ThingSpeak webserver). In this tutorial, we will learn to send HTTP POST requests from the ESP32 board to ThingSpeak and IFTTT APIs. What is HTTP? Fig. 1 Hypertext Transfer Protocol HTTP stands for hypertext transfer control and it is a protocol for transferring data between a web client and a web server. Hyper text transfer protocol was invented alongside HTML (Hypertext markup language) to create the first interactive, text-based web browser: the original www or World Wid ...

Hello readers, I hope you all are doing great. In this tutorial, we will learn about the ESP-NOW protocol and how to communicate data between two ESP modules through ESP-NOW protocol and that is too without Wi-Fi connectivity. What is ESP-NOW Protocol? Fig. 1: ESP-NOW Protocol ESP–NOW is a connectionless communication protocol that is used for sharing small data packets between two ESP boards. This protocol is developed by Espressif. Features of ESP-NOW Protocol: It is a low-power wireless protocol, which makes two or more ESP devices communicate directly with each other without using Wi-Fi. ESP-NOW protocol does not require a handshake for establishing a connection but, they require pairing and once the devices are paired they can exchang ...

Christmas Tree using Arduino
Christmas Tree simulation, Christmas Tree using arduino, Christmas Tree project with arduino, Christmas Tree in proteus, Christmas Tree proteus simulation, Christmas Tree project download, Christmas Tree arduino code
Hello Geeks, I hope you all are doing great and enjoying your festive seasons. This time, we have come up with a new project which will make your festival a bit brighter so here comes a Christmas tree. It is said that Christmas is the center of all the celebrations. Did you guys know the scientist who discovered the light bulb, Thomas Edison and his friends were the first to put up the light bulbs on the Christmas tree, and here we are going to keep that tradition forward? Well, it’s time to gear up for the next season of Christmas being tech-savvy. Hence we have decided to brighten up a Christmas tree with the usage of Arduino Uno and LEDs in real life. Software to Install: To make our festival a little safer, we will first make our Christmas tree in the simulation and for that, we will ...

Sending Email with ESP32 using SMTP Protocol
Sending Email with ESP32 using SMTP, SMTP with ESP32, SMTP ESP32, ESP32 SMTP, Sending Emails with SMTP ESP32, Email SMTP in ESP32
Hello readers, I hope you all are doing great. In this tutorial, we will learn how to send an email using ESP32 module. We will also learn to send text files, images or some sensor readings using the SMTP server using the ESP32 module. In IoT (Internet of things), there are various applications where we need to send emails carrying information like sending some sensor readings, altering emails, images, text files and much more. What is SMTP? SMTP or simple mail transfer protocol is an internet standard for sending and receiving electronic mail (or email) where an SMTP server receives emails from the email client. SMTP is also used for setting communication between servers. Various email providers like Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc. have unique SMTP ...

Introduction to MATLAB Command Window
MATLAB keywords, MATLAB Command Window, MATLAB interfaces, basics of matlab, matlab first program, matlab windows, matlab environment
Hello friends! I hope you all had a great start to the new year. In our first lecture, we had looked at the MATLAB prompt and also learned how to enter a few basic commands that use math operations. This also allowed us to use the MATLAB prompt as an advanced calculator. Today we will look at the various MATLAB keywords, and a few more basic commands and MATLAB functions, that will help us keep the prompt window organized and help in mathematical calculations. We are also going to get familiar with MATLAB’s interface and the various windows. We will also write our first user-defined MATLAB functions. MATLAB keywords and functions Like any programming language, MATLAB has its own set of keywords that are the basic building blocks of MATLAB. These 20 building blocks can be called by simply ...

Introduction to Vehicle Dynamics Using MATLAB
Introduction to Vehicle Dynamics using MATLAB, basics of vehicle dynamics, vehicle dynamics basics, vehicle dynamics intro, vehicle dynamics with matlab, vehicle dynamics matlab simulation, vehicle dynamics matlab tutorial
Just like the big bang theory which resulted in the world we live in. If we must mark a big bang for vehicles or the Automotive industry, it would be the invention of wheels. The invention of wheels redefined the aspects in which humans transported goods or traveled across places. Since, the invention of the wheel, transportation has always been contributing to the growth of society we live in. These vehicles later helped in conquering road travel. From its inception, the vehicle industry is technologically driven, pushing its own limits to find answers to challenges such as how can we travel faster? What will help us in making these rides more comfortable? Manually driven vehicles and their restrictions raise the need for a further quest. Quest f ...

ESP32 Internal Temperature Sensor
Hello friends, I hope you all are doing great. Welcome to the 3rd lecture of Section 5(ESP32 Sensors) in the ESP32 Programming Series. We have already discussed the two built-in ESP32 sensors i.e. Hall Effect Sensor and Capacitive Touch Sensor. Today, we are going to discuss the 3rd and final built-in ESP32 sensor i.e. Internal Temperature Sensor. ESP32 Internal Temperature Sensor is used to calculate the temperature of the ESP32 core. So, we can't use it to measure the ambient temperature (the temperature of the atmosphere), for that, we need to use embedded temperature sensors i.e. DS18B20, DHT11, BMP280 etc. We will first discuss the basics of this Internal Temperature Sensor and then will design a code to monitor the change in temperature by changing the frequency of the ESP32 CPU. ...

Hi friends, how are you doing? Today will integrate all of what we have learned so far in this series to build the first project based on ladder logic programming. Because we all are interested in industry, we pick one industrial project, Bottle Filling and Capping Projects, which is very common today. The problem we are going to solve today is bottle filling and capping. We have learned all basics of ladder logic including contacts and coils operation, logic gates, rising and falling edges, timers, and counters. So, today we will utilize all of these components to implement a complete ladder program of filling and capping problems. Operation and Logic of Bottle Filling and Capping Process For simplifying the operation of the process of filling and capping, fig. 1 shows the process flow ...
