Latching in Ladder Logic Programming
Latching in ladder logic programming, how does latching works, latching in plc, plc latching, latching in ladder logic, plc latching code, ladder logic latching code
Hi friends! I hope you are doing well! Today we are going to learn and practice a new topic which is a very crucial technique in plc programming. the topic is called “latching”. We mean by Latching to keep the output running starting from the instance of giving a kick-off command until we hit a command to stop running of the motor. Imagine my friends, operator wants to start a motor by hitting a start push button and want the motor to keep running and leave and go for doing another task or job. And then it keeps running until the operator wants to stop it. The problem here is that, once the operator releases his hand away from the push button, the motor automatically stopped and that is not like what the operator wants to do with the motor. To clear the problem that we are going to solve, ...

Three Industries With High Quality Assurance Standards
Three Industries With High Quality Assurance Standards, quality management, quality control, quality assurance, qa
Hello friends, I hope you all are doing great. In today's tutorial, we are going to discuss Three Industries With High Quality Assurance Standards. If someone asked you to bet $1 million on which industries had the highest quality assurance standards, the smart money would bet on the industries that are most heavily-regulated. How do you know if an industry is heavily-regulated? See if there’s a government bureau named after that industry. Another good indication is if lives and public health hinge on the industry doing its job correctly. Or, just work in a heavily-regulated industry. You won’t be able to walk from point A to point B without quality assurance implications. Successful enterprises in heavily-regulated industries approach “quality s ...

Hey Everyone! I hope you are doing great and having fun with your lives. I am back to give you a daily dose of information so you can grow and progress in your relevant field. Today, I am going to uncover the details on the Introduction to 2n4401. It is an NPN (negative-positive-negative) bipolar junction transistor (BJT) which is used for general purpose amplification and switching purpose. It consists of P doped semiconductor that exists between the two layers of N doped material. I'll give you a brief detail about this transistor so you don't have to go anywhere for finding the information regarding this transistor. You can also check the Introduction to 2n4402 which is a complementary PNP transistor of this NPN transistor. Let's get started. ...

How to Create PWM in Raspberry Pi 3
Create PWM Pulse in Raspberry Pi 3, pwm in pi 3, pwm pi 3, pwm in pi, pwm pi, pi 3 pwm, raspberry pi 3 pwm, pwm in raspberry pi 3
Hello friends, I hope you all are doing great. In today's tutorial, I am going to explain How to Create PWM in Raspberry Pi 3. In our previous tutorial, we have seen How to Create GUI in Raspberry Pi 3, & we have also controlled an LED from the GUI Buttons. So, I am gonna take that project and will add PWM code in it. So, I would recommend you to first have a look at LED Blinking with Raspberry Pi 3 in which we have designed this simple project and then check How to Create GUI in Raspberry Pi 3, where we have controlled that LED digitally with GUI. But today, we are gonna control the intensity of this LED by creating a PWM Pulse in Raspberry Pi 3. Along with that, we are also gonna have a look at How to use Scale in Raspberry Pi 3. I will add ...

Introduction to the PCB Etching Process
Introduction to the PCB Etching Process, PCB Etching types, PCB Etching working, PCB Etching processes
Hello everyone, I hope you all are doing well. In today’s tutorial, we are going to discuss the PCB Etching process, a fundamental step in PCB manufacturing. The PCB Etching process is used to remove the unwanted copper from the PCB surface to reveal the desired circuit pattern. As we know, a PCB board has a complete copper layer in its raw form. We design our circuit in the software(i.e. Eagle, Altium, Proteus etc.) and place the pattern on the PCB board. This circuit pattern is normally protected by the tin plating, as shown in the below figure: Now, there’s a need to remove the extra/unwanted copper layer from the PCB board and this process is called the PCB Etching Process. PCB Etching is carried out in various ways and the most commonly used i ...
