Hello friends, I hope you all are doing great. In today's tutorial, I am going to show you How to Interface Arduino with 74HC595 & 74HC165. I have already interfaced these shift registers separately with Arduino. In the first tutorial we have seen Arduino 74HC595 Interfacing in which I have discussed How to increase the output pins of Arduino using 74HC595. After that in second tutorial we have seen Arduino 74HC165 Interfacing where we have increased the input pins of Arduino.
So, now we are gonna interface both of these shift registers with Arduino UNO and will increase both input and output pins of Arduino. I have also given the Proteus simulations for download at the end of this tutorial along with Arduino code. So, lets get started with In ...
Hello friends, today I am posting a very basic tutorial on what is Arduino ??? In this tutorial I am gonna explain the basics of Arduino for the beginners. I am writing this tutorial because I got a lot of requests from the engineers in which they ask questions like what is Arduino ? What's the difference between Arduino and PIC? How to use Arduino? etc etc. So I thought of writing this topic. It's a very basic tutorial so if you are already familiar with this board and know the answer of this simple question What is Arduino ??? then you can skip this tutorial but again you must read it once, may be you get something out of it. :)
I have posted a tutorial on Arduino Projects, in which I gave all the links of Arduino projects and tutorials posted o ...
Hello friends, I hope you all are fine and having fun with your lives. Today, I am going to share a very quick and basic tutorial in which I will show you How to use Arduino Serial Flush. I hope you guys are going to like it. We have seen How to use Arduino Serial Write? In that tutorial, we have sent some data over the Serial Port so you must recall that tutorial because we are going to use the same example today. Moreover, it's also good if you have a look at How to use Arduino Serial Monitor because that's also related.
Moreover, I hope that's going to be my last lecture on Arduino Serial Port because I have covered it in full detail. Although I am going to summarize all the Arduino Serial Post Commands in a single Post. You should also have a l ...
Hello friends, today's post as the name suggests is about how to send SMS with Arduino UNO and SIM900D using AT Commands. There are different types of SIM900D modules available in the market, so it doesn't matter which module you are using. All SIM900D modules work at AT commands basically so today I am going to show you how to send an SMS via AT commands without using any Arduino library. You should first read the AT commands manual which will give you an idea about AT commands. AT commands are special sets of commands which are used for communicating with SIM900 module. Using these AT commands we let our GSM work for us. Like if you want to send SMS then there's a specific AT command for sending the SMS similarly if you want to change the PIN co ...
Hello friends, today's post is, as the name suggests, about the Voice Recognition using EasyVR Shield. Voice recognition is quite a difficult task and usually done on software like MATLAB, but what if someone needs a stand alone project, a kind of autonomous voice recognition project, which doesn't use computer.
EasyVR is the solution for such projects. I recently did one project on this module named as Voice Recognition using EasyVR Shield and it worked really cool so I thought to share this new technology with you guys. I couldn't write the next part of Proteus tutorial, actually firstly I was busy in this project and then I thought to share this one as its quite exciting one. After completing this project, I will come back to Proteus tutorial.

Hello guys! I hope you’re all in a good mood today because we are going to review the design of an interesting project today. We’ll be looking to design 4-way traffic lights in such a way that their delay is variable and is dependent upon the traffic density. This project is of intermediate difficulty level for people studying in undergrad engineering school with electronics, electrical and mechatronics as their major. It is also for the people learning Arduino and basic circuit design on their own or through some course. We have already designed a Simple 4-Way Traffic Light Control using Arduino and today we will make it smart by adding a variable delay.
Variable 4 Way Traffic Light:
As you all already know the importance of traffic lights and t ...
Hello friends, I hope you all are fine and enjoying. I have been working on a project these days and one portion of my current project includes the NRF24L01 Arduino Interfacing. So, I thought why not share this knowledge with you people, I hope you will learn something new and more interesting. If you don't know much about it, then you should have a look at Introduction to NRF24L01.
Few days ago, I have also posted a tutorial on XBee Arduino Interfacing, in which we have seen how to make wireless communication between two XBee Modules which is also an RF module. So, now we are gonna have a look at How to make Wireless Communication between two NRF24L01 modules. I hope you are gonna enjoy this nrf24l01 arduino Interfacing. Here's the video demonstr ...
Hey Guys! Hope you are doing well. I am back to feed you with valuable information relating to engineering and technology. Today, I'll uncover the details on the Introduction to ATmega128. It is an AVR, 8-bit low power microcontroller, that comes with a 64-pin interface and is based on RISC architecture. Availability of 133 Powerful Instructions with single clock cycle and 32 x 8 General Purpose Working Registers make this device an ideal choice for many applications where decent code execution is required.
The memory space incorporates on this module is more than normal AVR controllers including Program memory around 128K, enough to store the number of instructions on a single chip.
In this post, I'll try to cover each and everything related t ...
Hello Geeks, I hope you all are doing great and enjoying your festive seasons. This time, we have come up with a new project which will make your festival a bit brighter so here comes a Christmas tree.
It is said that Christmas is the center of all the celebrations. Did you guys know the scientist who discovered the light bulb, Thomas Edison and his friends were the first to put up the light bulbs on the Christmas tree, and here we are going to keep that tradition forward? Well, it’s time to gear up for the next season of Christmas being tech-savvy. Hence we have decided to brighten up a Christmas tree with the usage of Arduino Uno and LEDs in real life.
Software to Install:
To make our festival a little safer, we will first make our Christmas tree in the simulation and for that, we will ...
Hey Friends! Hope you are doing well. Today, I'll discuss the details on How to use digitalWrite Arduino Command. The digitalWrite command in Arduino is used for writing the status of the digital Pin. The Pin assigned to this command must be an OUTPUT pin so that it can transfer data to other components like LEDs, motors, and actuators and use them as per your needs and requirements.
Arduino boards have always been a great choice for both experts and newbies, as they come with built-in peripheral functions, and no need of external components is required to drive automation and develop some basic functions on the relevant project.
Basic Arduino Software is used as a compiler and no separate burner is required to burn the required code into the boa ...
