Hello friends, hope you all are fine and enjoying good health. Today I am posting the next part of Proteus tutorial which is Interfacing of LCD with PIC Microcontroller. . In the previous post of this tutorial, we have seen the basics of Proteus and discussed various functions of Proteus ISIS. If you are new to Proteus then I would recommend that before starting this tutorial, you should first read the first part so that you get the better idea of Proteus as I wont go in detail in today's post. Today, we will first design a circuit of LCD with PIC on Proteus ISIS which includes PIC Microcontroller and then we will see how to burn the microcontroller in Proteus and at the end we will run our circuit and will display some text on the LCD. It will ...
Hello friends, I hope you all are doing great. Today, I am going to share the Raspberry Pi 4 Library for Proteus. In our previous tutorial, we shared the Raspberry Pi 3 Library for Proteus and as we mentioned in that tutorial, these Raspberry Pi libraries will have dummy modules i.e. We have just designed the exterior but these boards won't be able to read the Python code. Although just for fun, we have added the Arduino firmware in these boards, so we can upload the Arduino code in it. As the legends say, something is better than nothing. We have given these boards an unofficial name "Arduino Pi".You can use these Pi boards to design your circuit diagram or can also use it in your presentation/demonstration of your projects. I hope you will enjoy these simulated Raspberry Pi boards. Befor ...
Yesterday, I have posted a new Arduino Lilypad / Nano Library for Proteus in which we have seen how to add that library into Proteus so that you could be able to use these boards in Proteus. That was quite easy. Today I am gonna post a small project in which we will see how to use that library and produce an Arduino Lilypad simulation in Proteus. In this Arduino Lilypad simulation in Proteus, I am gonna use obviously he Arduino Lilypad board along with few LED lightsand will make them blink. Its also quite easy and you can also download the simulation and the hex file at the end of this project but I would suggest you to do it yourself so that you learn something out of it.
Before starting this project, you must have first integrated the Arduino L ...
Hello friends! I hope you are having a good day. Today, I am sharing a new version of Arduino Library for Proteus(V3.0). I have already shared the previous versions of this library i.e. Arduino Library for Proteus(V1.0) and Arduino Library for Proteus(V2.0). This newer version is way better than previous versions because of its realistic design and better performance. I will discuss the comparison in detail in just a bit. This Proteus Library zip file has the following types of Arduino microcontrollers in it:Arduino UNOArduino Mega 1280Arduino Mega 2560Arduino MiniArduino Pro MiniArduino Nano
We will move towards the installation, but before this, let me share the basic introduction of Arduino.
What is Arduino?
Arduino is an open-source family of microcontroller boards that is designe ...
Hello Learners, hope you are doing well. I am here with a new tutorial. We'll discuss about Junction Field Effect transistors. In this tutorial, we will learn the basic Introduction to JFET nad will also have a look at its practical Implementation and simulation in Proteus.
Basically, Junction Field Effect is a type of transistor, similar to Bipolar Junction Transistors but they have different characteristics due to some reasons as discussed below:
Introduction to JFET
We Define the JFET as:
"Junction Field Effect transistors or simply JFET is the semiconductor ,Voltage Control, three terminal device that is present in both configurations either N channel or P channel."
JFET are named so because the the operation of JFET relies on the Field of th ...
Hey Learners! Welcome to The Engineering Projects. We hope you are doing great. Our team is working on transistors and today, we'll design a circuit for using the 2N2222 Transistor. In this chapter you will learn:
What is H Bridge with 2N2222 Transistor?
How do the 2N2222 Transistor works?
What is the working of H Bridge?
How can we run the circuit of H Bridge in Proteus using 2N2222 Transistor?
By the same token, you will also learn important information about the topic in DID YOU KNOW Sections.
Introduction to H-Bridge
In electronic circuits, the direction of quantities like the flow of current, EMF, Electric field lines matter a lot. The H Bridge is used to control such motors through its specialized circuitry. The H Bridge is defined ...
Hello friends, I hope you all are fine and enjoying. Today i am going to share my new project's tutorial which is How to use Capacitive Touch Sensor in Proteus ISIS. It is a very interesting project, and we will be using a 555 Timer while designing this project. If you recall our previous project tutorial which was Angle Control of Servo Motor using 555 Timer in Proteus ISIS, in which 555 timer was generating PWM and was controlling the rotating angle of servo motor.
Now in this project, we have a little different context and now we will be using a 555 Timer in collaboration with Capacitive Touch Sensor. First of all, lets have a little introduction of Capacitive Touch Sensor. Well, if we talk broadly then, in Electrical Engineering Capacitive Tou ...
Hello friends! I hope you are doing great. Today, we are discussing the most upgraded version of the Arduino Mini in Porteus. Before this, we have shared the Arduino Mini library for Proteus and the Arduino Mini library for Proteus V2.0 with you. The Arduino Mini Library for Proteus V3.0 has a better structure and has some other changes that make it even better than the previous ones. This will be clear when you see the details of this library.
In this article, I will briefly discuss the introduction of Arduino Mini. You will learn the features of this board and see how to download and install this library in Proteus. In the end, I will create and elaborate a simple project with this library to make things clear. Let’s move towards our first topic:
Introduction to the Arduino Mini
The A ...
Hi Friends! Happy to see you here. Thank you for viewing this read. Hope you’re well today. In this post, I’m going to discuss the Analog Flex Sensor Library for Proteus. You should also have a look at Digital Flex Sensor Library for Proteus.
I’ve been adding them over the last few days intending to design and share brand new libraries that are not a part of the proteus library database already. I’m adding both simple simulation and simulation with the Arduino board to help you better understand these libraries with microcontrollers and Arduino devices.
Before I go further and walk you through on how to download and simulate Analog Flex Sensor Library for Proteus, let’s get to know what’s Flex sensor first.
Simply put, a flex sensor is used to ...
Hi Learners, I hope you are doing good. This lesson is about implementation of one of the types of Amplifiers i.e, Common Emitter BJT Amplifier. But, prior to this, we'll revise some basic concepts so that it will be easy for you to understand the roots of the Experiment.
We'll talk about:
What are Common Emitter Bi-Junction Transistors.
Concepts of Common Emitter Bi-Junction Transistors.
Implementation of Common Emitter BJT Amplifiers in Proteus ISIS.
Why we use Common Emitter BJT in Amplifiers.
What are Common Emitter Bi-Junction Transistors
There are three types of Configurations of a transistor named:
Common Emitter Configuration
Common Base Configuration
Common Collector Configuration
We chose the Common Emitter Configurati ...
